 V-mesh fenced paddocks 150' by 50' with roofs, surrounded by shade trees

Paddocks with shade roofs & auto water. Secure tack room, covered lighted wash area with electrical outlets, and an exam. chute.

V mesh paddocks have shade trees to stand under and the horses enjoy having a nap here! 

Horse barn with 6 foaling size stalls has 3/4" rubber mat flooring and 18' pipe runs from each stall.

Front of barn includes a horse examination chute and complete veterinary service area.
